The goal of the project was to transform the comedian Köpi Kallio into an animated character who would then be showcasing the new products of McDonald’s. It is always and interesting challenge to carve main features of a real person into a hand drawn design. Animation was executed with limited frames which was something I’ve been wanting to try out.

I animated multiple versions of the character and they we’re used on TV and some ads. The character illustration was used in Kaistalla-online series.
